FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 (before taxes) to most locations in Canada.  Expedited shipping options and delivery to remote locations will incur additional charges.  For a quote on expedited shipping or shipping to a remote location, please contact us at patrick@thepinebridge.com.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once your order is confirmed, we will pack and ship it as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days, based on product availability and resource limitations.  Shipping lead times may vary depending on your location:

• Major cities: 4-8 business days
• Remote locations: Additional days may be required

RISK OF LOSS

Title to items purchased from PineBridge passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier.  However, the risk of loss for the products remains with the purchaser until they are received.

In the event that the products are lost or damaged during shipping, PineBridge will assist the purchaser in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.  However, PineBridge is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.
