RETURNS POLICY

PineBridge offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products.  To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and not on the Non-Returnable Items list below.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or Sales items
  • Gift Certificates or Cards (No cash value)
  • Walkers, Wheelchairs, Rollators, or Power Mobility devices
  • Incontinence Products (due to their hygienic nature)
  • Bath Safety Products
  • Face Masks & accessories
  • Electronics (unless within 14 days of purchase date)

If items returned to us are found to be used or not in original packaging, the items will be rejected and no refund will be issued

It is crucial to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any product.  Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection of your return.  Generally, the shipping cost of return is responsible by the customers unless the return is due to our error.  PineBridge is not responsible for returned items until they arrive at our facility with the appropriate authorization.  Items returned to our facility without appropriate authorization will be discarded at the sender's own cost. 

For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and may offer a replacement or refund.
